Slow Morning Studio commercial license, as the name indicates is a limited commercial license that allows a small business to make and sell handmade items using a specific Slow Morning Studio pattern.
If you purchase a license and you have a home or online small business, you are entitled to sell items made using the pattern for profit. Mass production is strictly prohibited.

🌸 One Commercial License is needed for each design of ours that you intend to sell as finished fabric garment
🌸 There are no digital files to be downloaded after purchasing this listing, the design files are purchased separately.
🌸 By buying this listing you are bound to the terms in this description and you acknowledge to understand the terms in it.
1. You are allowed to sell your finished product using our pattern.
2. The digital pattern can not be resold or transferred to anyone else, but the design is with this license allowed to be used for both personal and commercial purposes.
3. All patterns created are still the property of Slow Morning Studio. If any of these terms & conditions are breached Slow Morning Studio can withdraw the sales of the design at any time.
4. Since this is digital files no refunds are given. Also license fees are non-refundable.
🌸 It is not allowed to:
1. Sell, gift or share any of our designs as a digital product (with exception the company you might use to manufacture your products).
2. Copy or create a similar design in an attempt to get around purchasing the product and license.
🌸 Please always make samples first, we will not take responsibility for any issues.
